Folostyle Refund Policy

At Folostyle, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at Folostyle (@folostyle) • Instagram fotoğrafları ve videoları with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions via email.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Folostyle error or a defective item.

Exchanged items are shipped once the returned products have been received and verified.
In case the requested product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.

Folostyle reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the stated conditions.
We aim to make the return process as smooth and transparent as possible for our customers.

🇹🇷 Folostyle İade Politikası

Folostyle olarak müşteri memnuniyeti bizim için en önemli önceliktir.
Siparişinizden memnun kalmazsanız, teslim tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde iade veya değişim talebinde bulunabilirsiniz.

İadenin kabul edilebilmesi için ürünün kullanılmamış, orijinal ambalajında ve size ulaştığı şekilde eksiksiz olması gerekir.
Kullanım izi, hasar veya değişiklik gösteren ürünler iade kapsamına alınmaz.

İade sürecini başlatmak için, Folostyle (@folostyle) • Instagram fotoğrafları ve videoları adresine sipariş numaranız ve iade sebebinizle birlikte e-posta gönderin.
Talebiniz onaylandıktan sonra, size e-posta yoluyla iade talimatları gönderilecektir.

İade edilen ürün elimize ulaşıp kontrol edildikten sonra, ödemeniz 5–10 iş günü içinde orijinal ödeme yönteminizle iade edilir.
Kargo ücretleri, yalnızca Folostyle kaynaklı hata veya kusurlu ürün durumlarında iade edilir.

Değişim talep edilen ürünler, iade edilen ürün onaylandıktan sonra gönderilir.
Talep edilen ürün stokta bulunmuyorsa, ücret iadesi yapılır.

Folostyle, belirtilen koşullara uymayan iadeleri reddetme hakkını saklı tutar.
Amacımız, iade sürecini müşterilerimiz için olabildiğince kolay, hızlı ve şeffaf hale getirmektir.
